The first step is to contact us so that we can obtain some basic information about you and your building’s fire safety needs. If you’ve never used CPFP to service your building’s fire equipment in the past, we will schedule and perform a Needs Analysis Evaluation. This on-site analysis allows us to understand what equipment already exists and what additional equipment, if any, is required to bring your building up-to-code. Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to process your request!

Is the Needs Analysis Evaluation Free of Charge? 

Yes! The only fees charged are related to the actual servicing of the fire safety equipment. This service typically occurs, annually, semi-annually, or quarterly based on the building’s assigned service date and the legal maintenance requirements for fire sprinkler & alarms, hood suppression systems, fire extinguishers and emergency lighting.

We have created a Fire Safety Cost Estimator tool that calculates the estimated cost associated with installing any new fire equipment required to bring your building up-to-code along with the servicing of your building’s existing equipment.

The National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA)  publishes the codes and requirements for each fire equipment installed and is the standard for each system we install or service. These codes apply to the selection, installation, inspection, maintenance, and testing of each fire equipment. In short, this is the set of official rules that govern fire and life safety.
